Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator duties: * Quoting on window software and following up with customers * Handling calls from customers and dealing with any queries – qualifying leads * Updating the CRM system with all customers confirmed details, quotes and order sign offs * Handling all warranties and relevant documents * Inputting and reporting on Zoho CRM Sales Administrator requirements: * Confident, polite with a good phone manner * Selling Experience * Enjoy customer interaction * Team player / organized * Ability to learn technical details * Administration experience would be an advantage * Well-presented and punctual * Computer literate Additional Information: * Based in Surbiton * £33,000 – £35,000 * Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm * 23 days day’s + bank holidays * Parking onsite – dependent on availability – off street parking always available * Workplace pension Refer a friend and earn £100!
