Site Project Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Site based Project Manager to join a regional contractor working on several new build and refurbishment projects in the residential, healthcare, commercial and education sectors across the Oxfordshire region, on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking specifically for construction professionals with experience working with Listed Buildings. In this role as a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects at any one time, typically valued between £300k to £5M. Project Manager Criteria: Must have hands-on experience in delivering complex projects, often listed buildings, under pressure and on time. You should have experience working with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the project\’s success throughout. You\’ll need to be an excellent communicator and confident in managing site managers and subcontractors.
