Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who is a leading specialist within Building Energy Management systems who due to their continued growth are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer.

This is a great opportunity to be joining an established and leading business who will offer on-going training and development opportunities.

The Role:

  • As a mobile building management systems (BMS) engineer you will be involved in travelling to sites across London and Home counties carrying out routine maintenance
  • Responding to call outs when necessary
  • Completing small works such as replacing BMS Controllers, Modules, Sensors or actuators
  • Support maintenance operations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience within BMS Systems
  • Experience working on systems such as: Trend, Delta, Johnson controls, Tridium
  • Experience with MCC Panels and ability to understand control panel wiring diagrams
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as: BACnet, LAN, LonWorks, Modbus
