Technical Sales Coordinator

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Our client is looking for an exceptional person with experience working with customers in the office environment to join the team as a full-time Customer Relationship Advisor. You’ll be the first point of contact for the customers and ensure every interaction is a positive one. What You’ll Be Doing: Engage with customers – Assist via phone, email and social media. Deliver top-tier support – Answer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide real-time troubleshooting. Maintain high service standards – Ensure every customer receives a helpful, friendly, and efficient experience. Work collaboratively – Communicate with internal teams to provide the best solutions for customers. Stay organised Manage inboxes, track queries, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
