Boden Group is proud to be partnering with a leading surveying consultancy to recruit an M&E Asset Surveyor for a large-scale condition survey programme across a large Healthcare estate in Coventry.

The Role: You’ll be part of a dedicated team tasked with inspecting, logging, and verifying mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) assets within a variety of buildings. The work will involve hands-on surveying and data capture using a PDA device.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A background in building services – either mechanically or electrically qualified
  • Ideally, previous experience in asset condition surveys
  • Exposure to healthcare estates or similar environments is a plus
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to asset logging
