Lead C++ Engineer (London Area)

This role is a Lead C++ Engineering position who will lead a small team of engineers that specialize in building data analytical products.

Whilst this is a leadership position, you will also be hands-on using C++ whilst managing large datasets using the latest AWS technologies, and become expert in understanding the data that this firm uses.

You will need:

• Experience of working with financial data, or other large datasets.
• At least 5+ years industry experience of writing production-level C++ and delivering functioning, well-tested systems.
• At least 2+ years experience of technical leadership of a small team.
• Linux.
• Python development (not just scripting)
• Source code control, unit testing and continuous integration
• Ability to self-organise and deliver a project over a period of up to a few months
• Prior experience working within the financial industry,
