Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provide of affordable housing and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Procurement Manager to their team to oversee a particular supply contract from inceptions and tender stage through to award. Please note that this is a not a strategic, development or management role and the successful person will be required to undertake the end to end tendering of projects only. Only candidates who have worked in the public sector undertaking end to end tendering of projects will be considered. 1. A Re-procurement of the managed contract, . 2. Some big and complex pieces of procurement including possible bespoke framework contract but not via a third party framework. 3. Office working at least 2 days per week (possibly more once work commences on the contract), so fully remote workers will not be considered. 4. Must be CIPS qualified and have undertaken procurement work in the public sector and certification in the new Procurement Act 2023
