Part II Architect – Residential

London – Southwark
£30,000 – £33,000

This is an ideal opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect looking to build their career on meaningful residential projects that shape communities and urban living.

Office:
London Studio (Southwark) – Hybrid Working and Flexible Hours

Duties:

  • Supporting design and delivery across residential-led masterplans and housing developments
  • Working in Revit to produce visuals, models, and technical drawings
  • Contributing to internal and external design meetings
  • Coordinating with team members on design packages and planning submissions
  • Contributing to Business Development and nurturing the practice’s Client Network

Requirements:

  • A strong Part II or recently qualified Architect (1–2 years PQE)
  • Experience working on UK-based projects
  • Excellent design and presentation skills, with a strong visual portfolio
  • Revit proficiency essential; Adobe Suite desirable
  • Experience in housing, hotels, or mixed-use schemes is beneficial
