As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our operational teams to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality relocation services. This role is central to ensuring that projects run smoothly, staff are supported and motivated, and our customers receive the professional service that sets Restore Harrow Green apart.
Duties and responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a team of operatives on relocation projects
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients during onsite operations
- Planning daily tasks and allocating workloads to meet project deadlines
- Ensuring health and safety standards are consistently followed
- Coordinating logistics, equipment, and transport requirements
- Monitoring team performance and providing on-the-job training where needed
- Completing necessary paperwork and project reports accurately
