Dadzclub Project Worker

Get paid to have fun on Saturday mornings! Location: Southampton Family Hubs (Clovelly or Blackberry) Hours: 5 per week (Saturday mornings) Pay: £12.60 per hour (£3,276 per year) Contract: 1 year (extension subject to funding) About the role: We’re looking for two enthusiastic guys to join our team and run one of our Dadzclub Saturday clubs for dads and their children. It’s relaxed, fun and all about building community. ● Plan and lead fun activities for kids and dads ● Set out healthy snacks and refreshments ● Signpost dads to helpful support if needed ● Record basic attendance/admin ● Work as part of a supportive and passionate team Who we\’re looking for: ● A dad, father figure or someone passionate about supporting families ● Confident chatting to both adults and children ● Positive, creative and fun to be around ● Available most Saturday mornings ● Experience with children/families is helpful but not essential — attitude matters most!
