We are looking for a Sales Operations specialist with experience in the management of effective sales process. Our client is a leading operator within the holiday park industry and owns several parks around the UK. On the back of an incredibly successful year they are investing in strengthening their support functions to improve processes. The successful candidate will have experience supporting a full sales cycle, streamlining the sales process, ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and effectively to achieve sales goals. You will manage the sales process, from stock control to analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance sales performance. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work closely with the Sales team, Finance and Marketing, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the sales function. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and procedures to guide the sales team. Analyzing sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team through training, coaching, and process optimization. Managing and implementing sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, to support the sales process. Creating sales forecasts and plans based on market analysis and historical sales data. Stock Control – overseeing and managing inventory, ensuring accurate records and sufficient stock levels through demand forecasting and seasonal fluctuations, minimising the risk of overstocking or stockouts Ensuring the effective use of CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales opportunities. Providing training and development opportunities for sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Identifying and implementing improvements to the sales process to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness. Completion of all related administrative tasks when required Key skills & experience: Experience in a similar role with the sale of large priced items High level of attention to detail and accuracy A confident and effective communicator Strong understanding of systems and usage Experience managing multiple tasks successfully Fosters a collaborative environment with the sales team and stakeholders
