Are you an experienced structural engineer who’s interested in building your own team and leading a new regional presence?
RGB Recruitment have partnered with a successful medium sized consultancy which has established a new office in the Bristol area. The office has a busy team of civil engineers, and we are now looking for a structural Associate or Director to develop the structural engineering offering to compliment the civils team.
Who we are looking for:
- An experienced, ideally chartered, structural engineer from a buildings background
- Someone with good local connections and market knowledge
- An enthusiastic leader who is commercially astute
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of project time and cost restraints
- A people person who can be an ambassador for the business
- Someone who is eager to build and develop relationships
Due to an already robust workload, extensive business development experience is not necessarily essential however this would be preferred.
The company project portfolio is both diverse and challenging with a mix of commercial and residential projects, in all shapes and sizes.
Responsibilities:
- Hands on technical design and project delivery
