This role is perfect for someone with strong personal tax expertise who also understands the bigger picture — advising on corporate restructuring, succession planning, and working closely with high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and review complex personal tax returns
• Advise clients on a wide range of tax matters, including P11Ds, IHT, CGT, and succession planning
• Lead and mentor junior staff, supporting their development
• Take ownership of client relationships and deliver strategic tax advice
• Work on advisory projects and HMRC enquiries
• Contribute to management meetings and the ongoing improvement of the tax function

You:

• CTA qualified (or equivalent), with strong post-qualification experience
• Solid personal tax knowledge and understanding of corporate tax
• Experience managing a private client portfolio in practice
• Background in advising OMBs and high-net-worth individuals
• Strong communication and leadership skills
