🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a varied role that provides exposure to all key functions of a high-performing real estate lending business. You'll be supporting the completion of new transactions while also managing and enhancing the performance of the live loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Risk Monitoring

• Regularly review and assess the loan book to identify risk indicators and assist in mitigation planning
• Help build and maintain dashboards covering financial, variance, and covenant analysis
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis for portfolio stress testing
• Prepare annual reviews and credit monitoring reports with actionable insights

Client Servicing & Loan Management

• Support ongoing management of the real estate loan portfolio
• Act as the first line of support for borrower requests, including drawdowns, loan amendments, and covenant queries
• Review legal documentation and assist with loan booking and payment operations
• Assist in producing investor updates using current management information and project reports

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in a similar finance, credit, or lending role
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
• Familiarity with financial statements and credit analysis
• Clear communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
• Self-starter who enjoys working across functions in a collaborative team environment
