Concept Manager Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Reports To: Controller Overview: We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Concept Manager to lead the product development process from brief to concept delivery. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovation that aligns with commercial and category strategies, manage a high-performing team, and act as a key contact for customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Controller to interpret and contribute to commercial and category strategies, translating them into actionable product development plans. * Review customer briefs to develop product ideas that balance customer needs, market trends, commercial goals, and manufacturing capabilities. * Create and communicate a clear delivery plan for the team, ensuring packaging and product elements are considered holistically. * Develop and maintain a weekly workplan tracker to assign clear responsibilities and manage future planning and resource allocation. * Oversee project critical paths, ensuring stage gates are met and any delays or changes are escalated to the Project Manager and Controller. * Manage the development team to ensure successful delivery of product concepts in accordance with internal processes and stage gate procedures. * Ensure timely and …
