As a Sous Chef your responsibilities will include:

• Showing passion and personal drive in your work.
• Leading part of a small and friendly kitchen team.
• Preparing and serving freshly made meals in a high-volume setting.
• Performing cleaning duties and ensuring food safety.
• Ordering and controlling stock effectively.
• Creating specials to enhance the menu.
• Utilizing your previous experience as a Chef.
• Delivering dishes that consistently meet the Head Chef\’s standards.
