Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Bloxwich – £25k basic + Commission

This is a rare opportunity to join this leading, multi branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have built up an extremely impressive reputation over the last 40 years. Due to continued growth within their Sales business, they are now looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join their branch in Bloxwich.

As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

• Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
• Arranging and carrying out viewings
• Arranging market appraisals
• Providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
• Carrying out sales progression
• Selling other services including financial services and conveyancing

Essential Skills Required:

• Estate Agency experience
• Well presented
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong IT skills
• Full driving licence and car for which business mileage will be paid

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.15pm

Alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm
