If you have a love for outdoor activities and a commitment to supporting students' personal and educational growth, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate outdoor education sessions, promoting teamwork, resilience, and self-confidence
- Plan and deliver a variety of outdoor activities, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants
- Support students in developing practical life skills through outdoor learning
- Work closely with teaching staff to integrate outdoor learning with students' broader educational goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in leading outdoor activities, either in a school or youth-focused environment (desirable)
- A passion for working with young people, particularly those with additional educational needs
- Strong communication and organisational skills
