Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of their client a service manager to join their busy aftersales team.

The role - The successful candidate will assist in taking leadership and management of the service team for this well-established centre. Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the service department to ensure that excellent customer service is provided, and all financial targets are achieved.

The Individual - You will be hands on in nature, financially aware, have effective communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels. You will be looking to further your career within a financially secure and progressive organisation which values and rewards talented people who work extremely hard.
