JOB TITLE: Research Officer LOCATION: Yeovil SALARY: £30,000 – £36,000 + benefits This will initially be a 12-week temp arrangement with a goal to go permanent afterwards (phone number removed) The Employer: We are looking to fill the role of a Research Officer within a housing environment, Our client is one of the largest Social Housing providers in the South of England, they are ambitious and have a huge 5 year plan which we are seeking a Research Officer to assist with, their main aim is to create a sustainable future for social housing, building new homes and investing in existing ones creating vibrant, thriving communities. Responsible for the delivery of research projects for the purpose of informing and supporting strategic and operational decision making. Use quantitative and qualitive research methods to scope out, design, manage, analyse and report on a variety of research topics to inform and deliver change. Be passionate about turning data into information, information into insight and insight into action to ensure the central shaping of business processes, services and strategies The Role: Lead on the management and delivery of a broad range of research projects, delivery of customers consultations and ad hoc research tasks.
