Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operators for a long-term assignment based in Newport. This role involves hands‑on assembly work within a flow line environment, supporting consistent production output.
Key Duties
- Assemble finished products using an air-powered screwdriver.
- Work in a standing position within a flow line assembly process.
- Comply with all health and safety legislation.
- Work overtime when business needs require it.
Requirements
- Previous industrial experience in a similar environment.
- Reliable and punctual character.
- Own transport ideal, but accessible via public transport if living in Newport.
What We Offer
- £12.21 per hour, increasing to £13.13 after 6pm.
- Monday to Friday working pattern totalling 39 hours per week.
- Long‑term assignment with consistent hours.
Shifts
- AM shift: Monday to Thursday 6am – 2:30pm, Friday 6am – 1pm.
- PM shift: Monday to Thursday 2:30pm – 11pm, Friday 1pm – 8pm.
