Full time, 40 hours/week, shifts between 08.00am and 17.00pm.

As part of the Estates team, you will provide a first class building maintenance service to the hospital and satellite sites, covering reactive, project and scheduled maintenance work.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Basic Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Painting/Decorating
  • Changing Handles/Locks/Doors
  • Furniture Assembly
  • Electrical Works (changing lights, sockets, and lamps)
  • Fire Alarm/Emergency Light Testing
  • Tap Installation/Tap Temperature Testing
  • Unblocking/Drainage
  • Cleaning Filters

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Fabric Technician in building services is essential.
  • C&G/NVQ in any trade is desirable but not essential.
  • General knowledge of Fire regulations.
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills.
