As part of the Estates team, you will provide a first class building maintenance service to the hospital and satellite sites, covering reactive, project and scheduled maintenance work.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Basic Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Painting/Decorating
- Changing Handles/Locks/Doors
- Furniture Assembly
- Electrical Works (changing lights, sockets, and lamps)
- Fire Alarm/Emergency Light Testing
- Tap Installation/Tap Temperature Testing
- Unblocking/Drainage
- Cleaning Filters
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Fabric Technician in building services is essential.
- C&G/NVQ in any trade is desirable but not essential.
- General knowledge of Fire regulations.
- Excellent customer care and communication skills.
