I am delighted to be partnering with a Bath based Professional Services firm who are looking for a Reward professional at Senior Advisor level on a fixed term contract for 12 months. Reporting into the Head of Reward, this is an ideal opportunity for a Reward professional looking to develop and progress their career, this contract position will offer great experience and exposure operating as the number two and making a significant impact on the overall reward and benefits strategy. You will join a well-established Reward team, working closely with all business units providing accurate an up-to-date reward advice as well as supporting in the delivery of the reward strategy. This is a broad role that’s responsible for all cyclical Reward activity, main duties will include: First point of contact for all reward queries from HR as well as the wider business. Annual reward & benefits cyclical activity Management of the annual reward calendar Lead on updating and reviewing reward policies, procedures and processes. Salary and benefits benchmarking Data reporting & Analysis Lead on annual benefit’s renewal activity Job Levelling and grading You will have proven experience of working within Reward and Benefits and all related cyclical activity.
