We are seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join our clients team who specialise in bespoke manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems according to specifications and drawings. The successful candidates will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components according to drawings and specifications.
- Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Test mechanical assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
- Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimise assembly procedures.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Assist in the training and development of new assemblers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mechanical assembler or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
