We’re partnering with a leading, international organisation in search of a confident and proactive Office Coordinator to join their London team on a temporary basis , with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone immediately available who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment, and takes pride in keeping office operations running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient and high-standard workplace, supporting teams, greeting guests, organising events, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day coordination of a busy office and showroom environment
- Professional front-of-house support for clients and international colleagues
- Office readiness checks, meeting setup, and hospitality arrangements
- Handling logistics, deliveries, and coordination with warehouse teams
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock for multiple UK sites
- Support with staff events, training sessions, and sample sales
- Inbox management and general team support
- Promoting a safe, clean, and well-run working environment
About you:
- A warm, approachable personality with strong organisational skills
- Experience in office coordination, front-of-house, or facilities support
- Confidence in juggling multiple requests and maintaining high standards
- A hands-on, team-focused attitude
- Availability to start immediately
