HR Manager – Change & Transformation Focus
Join a high-performing, multi-skilled team as a HR Manager supporting business transformation across UK operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner closely with leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives, lead on organisational change and design, and play a key role in TUPE processes and cultural integration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive organisational change initiatives, supporting restructures, job design, and transition planning.
- Lead and advise on end-to-end TUPE processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth colleague experience.
- Coach and build leader capability to embed strong people management practices.
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to implement HR products and processes across the business.
- Support delivery of cyclical people activities including performance, reward, and talent.
- Provide data-led insights to inform decisions and enhance the employee experience.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified HR professional with strong generalist experience in a regulated environment.
- Proven success leading change, transformation, and TUPE projects.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing at all levels.
- Commercially astute with the ability to align HR delivery with business goals.
- Comfortable using HR systems and data to drive outcomes.
