Search are working in partnership with a well-established Contractor in the Northeast who is currently looking for a Multi-Craft Handyman. The successful candidate must be able to carry out high-quality work across a variety of trades, including painting, plastering & joinery. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable contractor in the region. The role includes general maintenance and repairs, including painting, plastering, and light plumbing tasks.
You will be responsible for:
- Carrying out high-quality multi-craft tasks across painting, plastering, joinery, and plumbing.
- Painting: Preparing surfaces and applying emulsion to walls and ceilings.
- Plastering: Performing basic plastering work and making good finishes.
- Joinery: Carrying out general joinery tasks, including fitting doors and repairs.
- Working independently and efficiently under site management instructions.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Proven experience in painting, plastering, joinery, and plumbing.
- Ability to complete work to a high standard with great attention to detail.
- CSCS.
- Own tools essential.
- References required from previous employers.
