We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at one of the prestigious private members club. This is an exciting opportunity for a loyal and skilled chef to thrive in a high-standard, service-led environment that values consistency, creativity, and teamwork. What You\’ll Do: * Take responsibility for your section, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. * Work closely with senior chefs to maintain high culinary standards. * Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with club policies. * Contribute to seasonal menu development and innovation. * Train and support junior team members as needed. What We\’re Looking For: * A minimum of 2 years\’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen. * A proven track record of reliability, loyalty, and professionalism. * Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and refined cooking. * Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. * Right to work in the UK.
