Our client, REEBOK, is looking for a Senior Demand Planner You will be the central liaison between commercial, supply chain, sales, and global product team, ensuring seamless operations by utilising systems such as GTNexus (INFOR Nexus) and NuORDER , and managing order processes. Forecasting, Operations & Analysis Lead pre-season and in-season forecasting processes to support merchandising, buying, and inventory planning. Provide detailed demand insights to support business decisions across product, supply chain, and finance teams. Manage inventory levels and allocations β matching demand and supply to manage the risk for fulfilment for clients. Liaise with Sales operations team to provide timely instructions to warehouse for fulfilling customer orders. Act as the main demand planning liaison between Reebok Europe and RDG in Boston. Partner with Sales Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance teams to align demand plans with business strategies and seasonal initiatives. Ensure timely sharing of forecasts and updates with RDG and global partners to align on supply planning and inventory commitments. Utilise Infor Nexus for global supply chain visibility, tracking purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory flow. Use Styleman for Inventory control, free to sell stock reports and margin planning. Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in Operations, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain within a consumer, fashion, or sporting goods brand. Proven experience leading demand planning cycles, S&OP processes, and operational teams in a multi-channel environment (e.g. Strong understanding of seasonal planning and order management across international markets. Familiarity working with or for global brands, with exposure to US and European operating models. Experience collaborating with merchandising, commercial, and finance teams to drive consensus on forecasts and supply strategies. Expert user of planning and operations systems β GT Nexus, NuORDER, Excel (advanced), Power BI , or similar. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate into actionable insights. High competency in supply chain and inventory KPIs (e.g., Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
