The Role:
- Processing new business across pensions, investments, and protection products
- Producing Annual Review Reports
- Preparing review packs, valuations, and policy summaries
- Managing client records and maintaining the back-office system
- Liaising with providers and supporting the advice process end-to-end
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy in all documentation
- Supporting a small, collaborative team with general office duties
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an IFA/wealth management firm
- Strong working knowledge of financial planning products and processes
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a busy office environment
