The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Due to ongoing business growth, our established and expanding Halifax-based client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. The role is in a fast-paced environment so candidates must have existing experience with administration and be naturally organised!
On a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with a range of duties such as:
- Scheduling planned maintenance works for clients UK wide, for all the necessary legal services.
- Coordinating the booking of Health and Safety audits.
- Uploading compliance paperwork / certificates once works are completed.
- Accurately typing and submitting client quotations.
- Dealing with any client enquiries and or complaints.
We are looking for a candidate who has a high attention to detail and can build rapport with external clients and internal colleagues and engineers. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5pm. The role is fully office based and free on-site parking is available.
