Location – Haverhill, Suffolk

Working hours – Monday to Friday – 7.30am – 4.30pm / 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary – Up to £35,000 per annum

Our client is a leading manufacturer who is currently recruiting for a Process operator to join their busy production facility. This is a pivotal position within their production process ensuring their facility operates safely and efficiently. Candidates will have worked in a similar position previously and will be used to juggling a multitude of tasks within any point.

Main duties will include:

  • Manufacturing, drying and packaging materials
  • Operating equipment
  • Monitoring equipment
  • Reporting any issues or defects to management
  • Working to production schedules to ensure that customer orders are being fulfilled and dispatched in a timely manner.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Minimum of 4 GCSE’s or 1 – 2 years experience in the chemical manufacturing industry
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of Office 365
  • Understanding of hazards and safety protocols when working with potentially hazardous chemicals
  • 3 – 5 years experience in an industrial production environment
