Press Break/ Laser Operative

We are currently seeking a skilled Press break/ Laser operative to join our client\’s team in the Heywood/Bury area. This is an exciting time to join a growing g business who offer further training and support as well excellent working facilities. Location: Heywood/Bury area Hours: Monday – Thursday 7am – 3.30pm, Friday 7am – 1pm Salary- £30,500 The role involves operating and maintaining various machines including- Guillotines Press Brakes Laser Cutters Operate one or more machines including Guillotines, Press Brakes, and Laser Cutters. Set up, program, and adjust machine settings as required. Feed goods into machines, cut and bend metal components to required specifications. Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Work with both mild steel and stainless-steel materials.The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of press break or laser experience.
