Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level oversight for audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Develop the audit and assurance service line with new and recurring fee income.
- Win assignments in line with budgets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, as well as a network of business partners.
- Provide strategic guidance to the audit team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.

- Proven experience managing audit engagements within a financial service environment

- Proactive and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Excellent understanding of relevant UK taxes such as Corporation Tax, VAT and PAYE
