Talent Acquisition Manager Full Time – Permanent Middlewich Free Parking 45,000K DOE My established client based in Middlewich is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter/TAM to support their growing company in recruiting for both local and national requirements. Reporting to the Head of HR this is the sole talent acquisition role Ideally, you will be an experienced Internal Recruiter/TAM who will handle recruitment and hiring for the company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the annual recruitment process to increase and support their commercial positions. This is a new position for the company so you will also assist and implement in creating a recruitment policy that covers recruitment, skills development, and hiring processes. To ensure success as an internal recruiter /TAM, you should be experienced in HR procedures and hiring practices, skilled at identifying high-value candidates, and successful at matching people to different roles and positions. A top-class Internal Recruiter/TAM will be able to understand the business’s long-term goals and the organisation’s working culture and use it to hire the best people for the job.
