About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and development of our facilities in Leiston. This is a key role ensuring our premises are safe, efficient, and compliant, supporting a productive and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and facilities systems
  • Manage facilities budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of services and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legal requirements
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate services and works
