A well-established niche consultancy is currently recruiting for a self-motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their successful and expanding team in their Liverpool & Leeds office. This is a 360 recruitment role where you will be responsible for business development within the South Wales area, conducting face-to-face visits with clients and other stakeholders, recruiting and interviewing candidates.
Therefore, you will be an experienced and stable Recruitment Consultant with a background in Education and/or Social Care advantageous. Strong business development skills, a proven track record in sales, and strong communication skills are essential.
