Senior Security Engineer – £75,000 – Hybrid Overview I am currently recruiting for a Senior Security Engineer to join a global digital marketing and technology agency specialised in online gaming, where you’ll be instrumental in shaping and securing the organisation’s digital landscape. Role and Responsibilities Lead design, implementation and monitoring of robust security controls Oversee security architecture and operational tools across on-prem and cloud environments Manage incident response, threat investigation, and vulnerability mitigation Conduct risk assessments, audits, and third-party security reviews Collaborate with teams to prioritise remediation, security best practices, and awareness Provide expert technical guidance and detailed reporting on risks and improvement plans Essential Skills and Experience Strong communication and cross-team collaboration abilities Expertise in security operations, architecture, and engineering Deep technical knowledge of vulnerabilities, exploits, IDS/IPS, DLP, and firewalls Experience with cloud and hybrid security (e.g. Microsoft Azure, MTP) Industry certifications (e.g. SSCP, CEH, CySA+) Experience designing secure networks and protecting application infrastructure Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft and third-party security stacks Package £75,000 salary Hybrid work model (4 days in London office) Private health and dental care Life assurance & income protection Company pension and cycle-to-work scheme Car scheme, retail discounts, and employee assistance programme Ongoing training and development to support your career growth
