About the Role
As a Nurture Teacher, you will lead a small group of students who benefit from a more tailored and supportive approach to education. Key Responsibilities of a Nurture Teacher
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students in the nurture group.

- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and external professionals to support each student's development.

- Communicate regularly with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnerships.
Requirements of a Nurture Teacher
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
