EAC are working with a Market Leading Organisation, recognised by the Legal 500 and Lexcel Accredited! They are the largest Commercial Law Team in Northamptonshire and are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor OR Junior Partner to join the team. If you have 5QPE+ then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate structuring, acquisitions and growth strategies, succession planning, mergers and joint ventures, restructures, demergers, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.
You’ll bring entrepreneurial flair, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and fellow advisers. A strong professional network and a proactive approach to business development will be key to your success in this role.
