Portfolio Analyst – Transformation Programme

We're currently supporting a client who is in the middle of a large-scale transformation and looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join their team. This role will play a key part in the smooth running of the programme, providing coordination and admin support across a wide range of projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain programme documentation, including RAID logs, trackers, and status reports
  • Support governance activity – preparing packs, updating stakeholders, tracking actions
  • Coordinate project plans, dependencies, and resource inputs
  • Work closely with Project and Programme Managers to keep everything aligned and moving forward
  • Support reporting cycles and help ensure standards and processes are followed

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role within a change or transformation environment
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar
  • Able to communicate clearly and work across multiple teams
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working at pace

This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a high-profile programme and contribute to real change within a business. If you’re organised, curious, and enjoy working in complex environments, this could be a strong fit.
