Are you ready to own and shape a Salesforce platform with untapped potential? Do you thrive when given freedom to build, improve, and challenge existing processes? Would you enjoy working for a global SaaS company where your ideas are welcomed and your technical input drives real change?
We are working with a global software company who are investing in bringing Salesforce expertise in-house. Following a period of external consultancy, they are now seeking a Salesforce CRM Specialist to stabilise, improve, and grow the platform across Europe. This is a strategic hire, not just admin support. The platform is central to their European operations, and this role is designed for someone who can take ownership, bring clarity, and help shape the long-term roadmap.
What you will be doing:
- Own the day-to-day operations and long-term improvements of the Salesforce platform.
- Review previous consultancy work — validate, improve, and challenge where needed.
- Translate business needs into scalable, well-structured solutions.
- Build Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Lightning pages.
- Support integrations (NetSuite, MuleSoft) and develop scalable approaches to data and automation.
- Work closely with global stakeholders, Product Owners, and BAs.
- Provide reporting, dashboards, and insights to drive better business decisions.
- Drive consistency and standardisation across countries and business units.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience (SaaS environment preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flows, Validation Rules, and user/security management.
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ and system integrations (e.g. NetSuite, MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with agile tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Confident working with stakeholders and challenging assumptions constructively.
- Proactive and solutions-led: not a “ticket-taker” – someone who can influence and innovate.
Nice to have:
- Additional Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Gearset or CI/CD tools.
- Experience working across multiple business units or countries.
- Background in contracting (if stable and relevant).
Why this role is exciting:
- Be the internal Salesforce expert – no more outsourcing.
- Opportunity to move from a basic implementation to a strategic system.
- Culture of innovation – appetite for AI, automation, and smarter tooling.
- Long-term career opportunity with potential to grow into solution architecture or platform leadership.
- Collaborative team, open to challenge, feedback, and experimentation.
The team is looking for someone who brings clarity, structure, and energy. Someone who sees a problem and says: “Here’s the issue, here’s my proposal — can I go ahead?” This is more than a support role, it’s a chance to influence how the business operates, how teams interact with technology, and how Salesforce evolves into a high-performing, central platform.
