About the Role
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major £70 million, 400-unit residential-led scheme over a 3-year programme. The development will consist of high-rise RC frame blocks, utilising high-performance concrete and uni-size cladding systems. The Construction Manager will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all site activities for the full lifecycle of the project
