I'm recruiting on behalf of my client, a fast-growing UK-wide business, for a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead their talented team and elevate the brand's voice in the B2B space. If you're passionate about strategic marketing, people leadership, and creating campaigns that make an impact – this could be your perfect next move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a small but growing marketing team (currently 3 direct reports, with potential to add an events hire).
- Take ownership of marketing strategy and execution across UK operations.
- Own and maximise Showpad and CRM platforms for sales enablement.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget, supplier invoices, and ROI tracking.
- Plan and lead the business's events calendar, managing attendance, messaging, and branding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to develop content and messaging that reflects customer pain points and business strengths.
- Develop campaign material across multiple channels with external agencies, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Support internal training and development of the marketing team.
- Regular travel required (1–2 nights per month) for team/site visits, events and corporate hospitality.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent hands-on B2B marketing experience.
- Proven background in campaign planning, delivery, and reporting.
- Experience leading people, including mentoring and/or team management.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills – able to juggle strategic and day-to-day tasks.
- Proficient with MS Office, Canva, and ideally Showpad.
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across all departments.
- Comfortable working independently and hybrid, based out of Chandlers Ford.
- A full UK driving licence is required (pool/hire car provided for travel).
