Private Client Lawyer

Job Description We are seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive legal services to individuals across the region. The successful candidate will be a dedicated, experienced and client focused lawyer who thrives in a supportive yet challenging environment. This role requires someone who has excellent communication skills with a compassionate and professional approach to client care. Location: Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, or Swaffham Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2-3 days in office Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of private client matters, including Wills and Estate Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration. Experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage: Trusts and Inheritance Planning, Deputyships, Elderly Client Affairs. Manage and develop a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring a high level of client care and legal expertise.
