Export Executive role for our client based around the Heathrow area. Salary £37-39k, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30.
Main Duties Include:
- Ensure that all relevant emails, documents and information are uploaded / added into Boxtop. This includes copies of all export documentation and relevant emails in case of future audits.
- Arrange collection of any U.K. shipments for export overseas, directly through a designated haulier/courier company and ensuring all correct documentation is in place.
- Keep warehouse aware of any direct deliveries from UK suppliers/courier or any other 3rd party.
- Handling transhipments.
- Issue export entries correctly using CDS/Sequoia.
- Ensure all shipments are exported/completed correctly and in a timely manner once the shipment has arrived into the designated handling warehouse.
- Assist, mentor and train other staff members in exports and procedures.
- Ensure invoicing requirements are met, issued correctly and in a timely manner. Ensure to work compliantly with AEO and compliance procedures.
- Ensure in-house training is up to date.
