South Essex College Group is seeking a Director of Corporate Services to lead our multi-campus estate and corporate services portfolio. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of our Estates Strategy
- Oversee Health & Safety compliance and culture
- Manage capital projects and infrastructure change
- Drive our Sustainability Strategy and net-zero ambitions
- Lead procurement, contract management, and commercial land development
- Ensure business continuity and estates resilience
This is a high-impact role for a visible, proactive leader who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering results. We are looking for someone with proven leadership in estates, facilities, or corporate services and strong knowledge of Health & Safety, sustainability, and capital project delivery.
