Job Description Hygiene Manager – Nights Location: Solstice – Wimbledon Salary: Up to £40,000 Hours: 40 At Solstice we supply Londons top Restaurants, Hotels, Bars & Catering Companies with fresh seasonal produce 6-days a week. We are looking to recruit a Hygiene Manager who will effectively manage the Hygiene Team, ensuring that hygiene standards in the factory are maintained and developed to the required high standard. This is a night position, so you will be responsible for leading and driving standards of Hygiene, Health and Safety and Technical requirements to ensure that the business and customer standards are kept, and that audit requirements are fully met. Hours of Work: 40 hours per week: 5 over 7 shift pattern; 21:30 to 06:00 (9.30pm 6am) A flexible approach to hours will be required as there may be occasion when it is necessary to work additional hours as dictated by the workload and engagement activities. The Hygiene Managers responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Management and recruitment of Hygiene Team; currently a team of 5 working night shifts. Manage working patterns and rotas to maintain sufficient Hygiene resource across all departments and shifts, ensuring cover for holidays and absences.
