The role

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive IT Service Continuity Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our IT service continuity and disaster recovery capabilities. In this critical role, you'll collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure our organization remains resilient, compliant, and prepared to respond to IT disruptions with confidence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and align the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and Business Continuity strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring robust protection of critical services.
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT service continuity and disaster recovery plans, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity exercises, from technical failover simulations to business-centric tabletop exercises.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize recovery efforts.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Business Continuity Management (BCM), taking ownership of incident response, stakeholder communication, and recovery coordination during IT crises.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate continuity measures to ensure effectiveness, compliance with regulations, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop training materials and conduct awareness programs to build organizational resilience and readiness across all levels.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• ITIL v4 certification is essential; additional business continuity or disaster recovery certifications (CBCP, MBCP, DRI, DRCP) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT service continuity, disaster recovery, or related domains.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing IT continuity plans and recovery strategies.
• Expertise in performing risk assessments and Business Impact Analyses.
• Proven track record in running disaster recovery tests and presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and business-critical application systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards related to IT continuity and risk management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities, particularly in high-pressure or crisis scenarios.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
