Experienced Case Manager – Catastrophic Brain & Spinal Injuries
Full or Part time (min. 3 days/week)
Employed Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 DOE + quarterly bonus
Associate rates: up to £70/hour depending on experience
Compass Associates is excited to be working with a well-established, national provider of case management and Expert Witness services, to recruit Experienced Case Managers in the East Anglia region. This opportunity is suitable for qualified Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists and Physiotherapists, who have previously worked as a Case Manager within the medico-legal sector.
You will hold a caseload of children and/or adults who have complex rehabilitation needs or life-changing injuries due to backgrounds of traumatic/acquired brain injuries as a result of road traffic accidents, clinical negligence, birth trauma or major trauma. Due to the complexity of the referrals, you must have experience working with clients who require longer term care packages and rehabilitation.
This is a home-based role which will involve travel to visit clients, families, solicitors and care teams, within your geographical remit.
Location
Due to large numbers of referrals, we are seeking Case Managers who live within the following areas: Norfolk, Suffolk, East Anglia, Norwich, Cambridge, Luton, Northampton, Colchester, Kings Lynn, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and surrounding towns. Exact locations of your clients depend on referrals, but aim to be within 2 hours of your home location.
Contracts available
Both Employed and Associate contracts are available but a minimum of 3 days/week is essential.
Salaries/Rates (all dependent on experience)
- Employed Multi-Track/Rehabilitation Case Manager: £35,000 - £45,000
- Employed Catastrophic Case Manager: £45,000 - £60,000
- Associate Case Managers: up to £70/hour
Essential criteria
- Must have experience working as a Case Manager within the medico-legal/case management sector
- Experience working with clients (adults or children) who have backgrounds of catastrophic brain injuries
- Must be a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Social Worker or Physiotherapist
- Must have current registration with the HCPC, SWE or NMC
- Must have a UK driving licence and own car
